    • Immediate assistance with coordinating response to resolve all issues and minor upgrades

    • Flat rate includes 6 hours of annual oversight service and minor repairs; additional time available at a rate of $125 + HST, per hour

  • SILVER

    • On-Demand Property Management Service, available via Phone and Email for any issues that arise

    • Annual Home Inspection/Quarterly Drive-By

    • Bi-Weekly maintenance and upkeep, when property is vacant

    • Immediate assistance with coordinating response to resolve all issues and minor upgrades

    • Flat rate includes 30 hours of annual oversight service and minor repairs; any additional maintenance will be sourced out and priced separately, at an agreed upon price

    • Flat rate Includes on-demand snow removal and bi-weekly lawn maintenance

  • GOLD

    • On-Demand Property Management Service, available via Phone and Email for any issues that arise

    • Quarterly home inspection

    • Weekly maintenance and

      upkeep, when property is vacant

    • Immediate Assistance with coordinating response to resolve all issues and minor upgrades

    • Flat rate includes unlimited annual oversight service and minor repairs; any additional maintenance will be sourced out and priced separately, at an agreed upon price.
